Procedure
- Process the meat and onion through the meat grinder at least four times. Add flour and seasonings and mix well.
- Mix bread crumbs and milk together and let stand for a few minutes.
- Add bread crumb mixture to meat mixture and stir well with a wooden spoon.
- Form into meatballs. Use a small bowl with melted butter, dip the spoons in the melted butter and then place a small amount of meat on the spoons to form oblong frikadeller meatballs. Fry in butter or margarine in a heavy pan.
